Team Money Trees® is the primary franchisor we are also a franchisee of Unicity Network.

Unicity Network is your secondary franchisor who pays you monthly compensation for product sales made by you, you downline, and anyone you sell on Auto-Refill, under the guidelines set out in the corporate website(s).

• I acknowledge that Team Money Trees will assist me to build my secondary Bios Life Franchise, network marketing business through auto-placement in addition to my franchise sales achievements through direct-placement of new franchisees placed in my Unicity Network under the guidelines set out in the corporate website(s). sales and Auto-Refill sales,
  
  
• I understand and agree that if I become a franchisee of Team Money Trees that I will sell franchisees for 50% commissions which will result in each person, I sell, will be placed in the next open position in my bios life network marketing downline through direct placement, under the guidelines set out in the corporate website(s).
  
  
• I understand and agree that if I become a franchisee I will solicit people to purchase and use Unicity products, at Retail, on Auto-Refill to increase my Unicity, monthly compensation. along with the compensation benefits I receive from every Team Money Trees® franchisee who is placed below me, in my secondary Bios Life franchise under the guidelines set out in the corporate website(s).

FRANCHISEE COST

I acknowledge that to join Team Money Trees, I will pay a $6,000.00 franchisee fee and obtain the right to be a franchise sales agent for 50% commissions.

• I acknowledge , to remain active and I have an obligation to pay a small monthly fee for my Team Money Trees® services which is braised on number of franchisees below me in my Bios life Franchise.
  
  
• This cost stated above does not began until the first person is in my downline then increased at the cost of 19.99 per person added to my downline by Team Money Trees or the franchisee. When these cost began, subsequently with people placed in your frontline, downline, they will be paid automatically with a valid credit card on file with Team Money Trees®.
  
  
• The maximum I will have is 5 frontline people below me and the maximum charge will be $99.95 per month when I have 5 frontline franchisees below me. After 5 all additional downline people are placed lower in my downline to accelerate business growth.

The Unicity Network cost is paid by Team Money Trees®

I acknowledge that there is a one time start up cost of in Unicity Network, including a Personal website storefront which will be paid to Unicity Network By Team Money Trees®, along with the first months required Auto-Refill order in the amount of approximately $100.00. These start up and enrollment fees for Unicity Network & your personal storefront, will be paid out on the Team Money Trees® franchise cost.

• I acknowledge that a monthly Auto-Refill of Unicity Network Products is required to be commissionable and remain active in Unicity Network. Beginning with second month the $100.00 approx. cost for Auto-Refill will be paid automatically with a valid credit card on file with Unicity Network. Prices do not include any applicable taxes or shipping and handling fees.
  
  
• I Acknowledge that there is an annual fee in Unicity Network, to remain active, currently that fee is $20.00 and must be paid by the franchisee once a year, to be paid upon notice or automatically on a valid and active credit card on file.
  
  
• I acknowledge that I receive a Team Money Trees-Personal website at no extra cost however my Personal Storefront Unicity website currently cost $14.95 a month will be begin with the second month and will be paid automatically with a valid credit card on file with Unicity Network.
  
  
• The Unicity Storefront is a gold mine since Unicity handles the accounting, the Auto-Refill shipment the money collection and paying the wholesale product sale commission to me monthly along with the wholesale to retail commission, as long as the product is established on Retail Auto-Refill. All you do is make the sale, book it online and you will receive compensation from it as long as your customer does not cancel and if they do, contact them for a reason why and sell them something else.
